Construction af the headquarters of Credit Direct Limited (a member of FCMB Group Plc) in Ikeja. Richard Brainsworth was part of the consortium than handles the design and construction of the befitting edifice. The 4,000sqm 5-floors story building was completed in 2018.

Project Summary
The Credit Direct Limited (CDL) is a beautiful edifice housing the corporate headquarters of the CDL. It is commercial office development located in the highbrow Isaac John Street, Ikeja GRA, Lagos. CDL (a member of the FCMB Group) is a growing microfinance bank in Nigeria that provides credits to low and medium-income earners. The ground floor comprises of an auditorium, entrance lobby and service block while the top floors with more private functions have a transparent envelope that increases natural light and ventilation. The envelope is protected by a generous folded roof plate that also harvests rainwater.
